US President Joe Biden and NATO leaders have agreed to send Ukraine a new package of significant aid. Amanda Sloat, senior director for Europe of the US National Security Council, told reporters about this, refusing to provide additional details.
Later today, Biden will deliver a keynote address on foreign policy, addressing the strength of NATO and the offer to be made to Ukraine.
