Vahram Atanesyan, a former member of the Central Committee, analyst, wrote on his Facebook page.

A not-so-unknown person even announced (in the days before the September aggression of last year) that Armenia’s “border will pass through Areni”.
Now it is being generated from the same or close circles that Aliyev will “demand a military fine of 200 billion dollars”.
And the most dangerous thing is that they consider the “referendum” signature collection as a way to prevent this. In other words, are they legitimizing Aliyev’s demand? Or are they only making suggestions for now?”
