Artsakh Foreign Minister Sergey Ghazaryan announced that the Artsakh side did not reject the Baku-Stepanakert meeting to be held in a third country. He believes Artsakh is the most interested party in such an honest dialogue.
He said that to be constructive; the dialogue must meet specific standards, which is why the discussions related to this issue are still ongoing.
Ghazaryan informed that during this time, they received proposals from representatives of different countries to organize such meetings, “As you know, similar meetings took place on February 24 and March 1 with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers. During those meetings, issues of a technical nature were discussed. Still, the Azerbaijani side distorted the content of those meetings, stating that the talks were about reintegration, which was followed by Azerbaijan’s aggression.”
At the same time, according to Ghazaryan, there can be no negotiation or dialogue under pressure.
