Political analyst Hakob Badalyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“On October 9, 2020, a more than an 11-hour discussion on the ceasefire took place in Moscow. 11 hours, a whole night discussing substantive issues, not a performance in a game. It was announced that the negotiation is proceeding with regular contact with the three first parties. In the sum of all that, I repeat, in the sum of the 11-hour night negotiations, a cease-fire agreement is announced, which, however, is not kept.
If a statement is made after 11 hours of discussion, it means that there was a good agreement for it, and it is unlikely that two would sleep and one would spread a statement on behalf of three, or if one slept, those two would spread a word on behalf of one.
Eleven hours of talks, then an announcement, but then no ceasefire. A question arises: why? Is there an answer to that? Why was the cease-fire not kept? Who did not support it, who did not keep it through intervention?”
