Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by Xavier Bertrand, the chairman of the Hauts -de – France Regional Council of France.
The Prime Minister welcomed the visit of Mr. Bertrand and the fact of signing a cooperation development document with Vayots Dzor region. Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence that it will contribute to the expansion of interregional cooperation between the two countries. At the same time, the Prime Minister highlighted the importance of the assistance of the French side in advancing Armenia’s development and reform agenda.
Xavier Bertrand thanked for the warm reception and added that they have clear plans to expand relations with Vayots Dzor region in various fields. The chairman of the Haute-de-France district council shared his impressions from his visit to Vayots Dzor marz, including Jermuk.
Other issues of mutual interest were also discussed at the meeting.
