The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, made statements again today about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
“Over the years, during the negotiations, the mediators have always shown a unique approach to the Lachin region, and Armenia generally considered the return of the Lachin part to Azerbaijan unacceptable.
Now, this has become more obvious to everyone two and a half years after the war. During negotiations, the former OSCE Minsk Group’s international mediators tried to strengthen this occupation.” Ilham Aliyev announced this while receiving Massim Mammadov on the occasion of the appointment of the president’s special representative in the Lachin region.
