RA Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan did not rule out that the peace agreement could go through a referendum.
In briefing journalists, he said, “The investment of such an institute is possible. This issue can be discussed within the framework of constitutional reforms. And the first referendum test will be the adoption of the new constitution. Within its framework, it can be discussed, and it will be proposed that the threshold be determined: what issues should be resolved by a referendum, apart from those regulations, constitutional articles that must be changed only within the framework of the referendum.”
