Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia, is in Armenia.
He wrote in his Twitter microblog: “I returned to the region to hold a series of consultations based on the results of the leaders’ meetings in Munich. We start from Yerevan. I’m looking forward to some good matches in the morning.”
