The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan referred to the speeches delivered yesterday at the joint press conference of the Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Armenia and the GDR in Berlin. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, in particular, responded to the statements of the RA Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan regarding the ongoing Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations, “First of all, let’s note that Azerbaijan presented the proposals made by Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan not a few days ago, but 15 days ago.”
As follows from the statement of the Armenian Foreign Minister, the Armenian side is again manipulating the peace treaty negotiation process and is trying to mislead the international community, attempting to present itself as a constructive party.
