Azerbaijan acts in total impunity, ignoring the statements of international organizations and states, Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan wrote on his Twitter page.
“In this situation, the only realistic step is the application of sanctions against Aerbaijan. International actors must decide whether the lives of starving people are important or economic or other interests”, Stepanyan wrote.
