The Ministry of Justice will work to digitize all court proceedings in 2023, Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan told ARMENPRESS when asked about the ministry’s actions in introducing electronic technologies in the administration process.
“The Ministry of Justice is coordinating the digitization processes of all systems in the justice sector. The digitization of civil court proceedings started last year and is ongoing full-swing. The pre-trial e-system of criminal cases was launched by a pilot program in Vayots Dzor,” Minasyan said.
Among other innovations is the e-probation platform which fully digitized the probation service. The e-health system was introduced in the medical service of correctional facilities. A Personal Office platform was launched in the bailiff service.
The Ministry of Justice will work to digitize all court proceedings in 2023.
“Our final goal is to create a single E-Justice platform, where citizens can access all justice system services and exercise their rights simply and swiftly,” Minasyan said.
