Jeyhun Bayramov is discussing the “possibility of the Washington platform” for negotiations. I want to say that I repeat the idea that I have expressed several times on different occasions. The West can only actively intervene in the “new war, new status quo” situation if it is confirmed by its mediation and military presence “on the ground.” Is official Yerevan going for that?”
