On May 5, RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met with Slovak Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Robert Kalinyak in Warsaw. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to Armenia-Slovakia defense sector cooperation and prospects for further cooperation.
Both sides emphasized the importance of military education, exchange of professional experience, exercises, and military-technical cooperation.
An agreement was reached to give practical impetus to the cooperation in the near future. The meeting was also attended by Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland, Alexander Arzumanyan.
