“Aravot” reports expert Saro Saroyan’s view on what has changed since 2008. As the expert states there have remained only two sides fighting for the next government: the incumbent government in the face of a number of criminal-oligarchic clans and the so called “opposition” in the face of PAP, another criminal-oligarchic clan. As the expert goes on, ever since October 27 incident the candidate for the president was always early announced so as all the remaining party members knew beforehand what strategy to adopt to either get engaged into the newly formulating political clan or struggle to foster their own views as an opposition.
Saroyan clarifies, since there is no direct dictation from Kremlin on the presidential candidate nomination, the people will continue witnessing the formal and false indications from Serzh Sargsyan trying to clear the field from criminal clans.
