“There must be no negotiation on Karabakh issue till Safarov goes back. We have no other lever. Ending the diplomatic relations with Hungary is not so efficient, it gives only losses.”- during the press conference announced ANC MP, the former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan adding that such an occasion is exceptional.
Speaking about 40% decrease of foreign investment during the first term of this year, Bagratyan said that we will end the year by 600 million dollars investment. He reminded that in 1996 we had only 300 million Dollars investment.
“This is the development. The budget has become 2 billion dollars, 70% of which is insurance. GDP has increased in last 3 years but by absolute number it is less than 3 years ago.”
He mentioned that GDP was 4.6% last year, but only due to metal mining industry. The same will be this year. During January-June months of 2012 the foreign investment was 266.1, which is less than the estimate of the previous year by 39.4%.
