Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan commemorated the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide in Strasbourg.
“In Strasbourg, at the khachkar erected in front of the headquarters of the Council of Europe, we, together with the members of the Armenian delegation, commemorated the innocent victims of the Great Genocide, the Armenian Genocide,” Rubinyan wrote on his Facebook page.
