Today the issues of improving social welfare, culture and education are being discussed at the General Assembly session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Baku.
Official sources report that Deputy chairman of the Ukrainian delegation in PABSEC Lilia Grigorovich made a speech and said that the social security system easen the blows of the economic crises made to some individuals and families.
“The social security system plays an important role of social and economic stabilizers and do not allow the reduction of the quality of human capital during a crisis,” Grigorovich said.
She highlighted the large scale reforms in the social security system by the BSEC member states, which are being carried through the development of existing schemes, or using new ones.
