Azerbaijani media reports that country’s Presdinet Ilham Aliyev received a Serbian delegation led by Rasim Ljajic, deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Minister of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications, co-chair of Serbia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.
As reported, Aliyev praised Azerbaijan-Serbia cooperation in various spheres and expressed hope that partnership relations between the two countries would further continue.
Rasim Ljajic, in his turn, conveyed greetings of Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić to the Azerbaijani leader. The deputy Prime Minister said relations between Azerbaijan and Serbia were developing successfully. He also stressed the importance of high-level reciprocal visits in expansion of bilateral cooperation.
President Ilham Aliyev, in turn, asked Rasim Ljajic to extend his greetings to Serbian leader Tomislav Nikolić
