Azerbaijani sources report that the President of Turkish Parliament Cemil Çiçek participated today in the opening ceremony of the Black Sea Trade and Investment Forum.
Çiçek said in his speech that for the potential development it is necessary to fix the co-operation between the member states of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC).
“We need to find the right way to take advantage of foreign investors showing interest in the Black Sea region and to strengthen the cooperation between the BSEC member states. Turkey assumed the presidency of BSECO on July 1, 2012 and thereafter takes all necessary measures for strengthening cooperation between the member states.”
Recall that BSEC was established in June 25, 1992.
