Azerbaijani media, citing the announcement made by in the country’s parliament, reports that today, November 13, an office of the Azerbaijani State Oil Company (SOCAR) is opening in Belgian capital of Brussels.
As reported, Vice-Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Valeh Aleskarov will attend the opening ceremony.
