“Karabakh conflict was never included in the context of strategic issues of the USA. The official post of the USA is the resolution of the conflict in peacefull way through mutual agreement. This does not reflect the official policy. “This balance should be taken into account. Immediately after US president’s elections such a representative should be appointed.”- noted Sokor.
