An official statement was published on the official website of Georgian President, Mikheil Saakashvilli.
According to the statement the president accepted government’s resignation.
We should recall that a list of candidates for the posts in the new Cabinet was presented to Parliament by Bidzina Ivanishvili on October 8 and it will be considered in a weak.
The presidential website said that the current Cabinet will be fulfilling its duties until the new government is formed and presented to the new parliament within the terms set by the country’s Constitution.
