Georgian media reports that under a presidential decree, the Secretary of the Georgian National Security Council will now have not four, but five deputies and by the same decree, the post of head of the foreign policy department in the Security Council is being vacated.
President Saakashvili’s decree has been published in the Legislative Herald and has come into force.
