TRACECA national secretary from Azerbaijan Akif Mustafayev told country’s media that Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Turkey will sign two documents within the Silk Wind project.
The purpose of Silk Wind project is establishment of the high speed block train route, multimodal transport with advanced system of preliminary information exchange to involve freights transport to Europe Caucasus Asia corridors.
According to Mustafayev, the first document is a memorandum of mutual understanding between transport ministries of 4 countries, an agreement on development of multimodal transportations.
