Azerbaijani sources report that the ruling “New Azerbaijan” party has settled the date of announcing the candidate for MP instead of Gular Ahmadova, as her mandate was abolished.
“After the decision enters into force and the CEC announces the date of the elections, we will nominate a candidate in this district,” said Deputy Executive Secretary of the ruling party, MP Siyavush Novruzov.
CEC chairman, refering to the date of the elections in Khatai constituency No 34, said that the CEC’s decision on this issue has not been made and they will talk over it.
