Azerbaijani media, citing the announcement of Aydin Bashirov, chief of the State Caspian Shipping Office, reports that Azerbaijan has purchased two ferries worth $ 22million from Croatia.
In May, the State Caspian Shipping Office signed a contract with Croatian Uljanik shipyard for construction of two ferries. According to the contract, the ferries should be presented to the customer in October 2012.
