RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a telephone conversation with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs, and Development Cooperation, Maxime Prevost.
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Belgium noted with satisfaction the active political dialogue between the two countries, emphasizing the importance of further deepening cooperation at both the bilateral and EU levels.
They touched on the agenda of the European Political Community and the RA-EU summits to be held in Yerevan in May, including strengthening democratic resilience and expanding economic ties.
Turning to regional developments, the ministers exchanged views on the new realities formed in the South Caucasus. In the context of the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the importance of promoting connectivity and infrastructure development was emphasized.
