On April 20, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received Kevin Hamilton, the Special Representative of the NATO Secretary General for the Caucasus and Central Asia.
The Secretary of the Security Council congratulated the Special Representative on assuming his responsibilities, wishing him effective activity and new successes.
The interlocutors discussed the current agenda and development prospects of Armenia-NATO relations. Armen Grigoryan emphasized the positive dynamics of strengthening Armenia-NATO bilateral relations. In turn, Kevin Hamilton emphasized the importance of the cooperation that emerged from Armenia’s participation in NATO peacekeeping missions.
During the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on regional and international security issues.
