On April 10-13, precipitation is expected in most regions of the republic, in the form of snow and wet snow in mountainous and separate foothill zones, and rain in valley zones. Thunderstorms are expected in separate places. On April 14, no precipitation is expected.
The wind is southwesterly – 2-5 m/s. On April 10 and 11, wind gusts are expected in separate regions to 20-24 m/s; in mountainous zones, blizzards and low horizontal visibility are expected. The air temperature will not change significantly.
In Yerevan, rain is expected at times on April 10-13, and thunderstorms are also possible. On April 10, gusts are expected to reach 12–15 m/s. There won’t be any precipitation on April 14.
Due to the invasion of a cold front from the northwest, precipitation is expected throughout the republic on April 10, in Shirak, Gegharkunik, Lori, the foothills of Tavush, and the mountainous regions of Kotayk, Aragatsotn, and Vayots Dzor in the form of snow. An additional 15-20 cm of snow cover is forecast in the mentioned areas, and blizzards, low horizontal visibility, and black ice on the roads are also expected.
