Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about Putin’s request for Russian citizens to participate in the elections during a meeting with the Russian President.
“The Russian President, considering his agenda, cannot go into details even if he wants to. I think he was not informed about that nuance. Should the Russian President have studied the Armenian Constitution and laws in such detail? Of course not. He should have been fully informed, and I, who was not, informed him that there was such a nuance,” he said.
