The Azerbaijani state-run APA news agency reports that fertilizer and buckwheat will be sent to Armenia via Azerbaijan. It is reported that four wagons will be loaded with fertilizer and one wagon with buckwheat.
It should be noted that the last cargo arrived in Armenia via Azerbaijan on March 19: 7 grain wagons.
