On February 4, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, participated in the Rare Earths Ministerial Conference convened by Secretary of State Marco Rubio at the US Department of State, the embassy reported.
US Vice President J.D. Vance, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and David Copley, Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Supply Chains at the National Security Council, addressed the conference.
The event was attended by representatives from more than 50 countries, united by a shared commitment to diversify and stabilize rare-earth supply chains.
