On February 2, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan, met with the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary, Istvan Jakab.
Expressing gratitude for the visit to the Republic of Armenia, Alen Simonyan highlighted the importance of such visits for the development of Armenia-Hungary relations.
Istvan Jakab, in turn, thanked the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia for the warm welcome, noting that there is great potential for developing bilateral relations.
The interlocutors exchanged views on RA-EU relations, the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the activation of inter-parliamentary ties.
