Levon Azizyan, Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Meteorology, wrote:
“The air temperature for our region from January 26 to February 2 and from February 2 to 9 is predicted to be 3-6 degrees above normal. Forecasts are according to the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF).”
