According to the NA Vice President, when Artsakh talks about its rights, it means that it is present at that table, and the logic when Artsakh was absent from the negotiation table has changed. “From the moment President Robert Kocharyan, as the President of Armenia, started negotiating not only on behalf of Armenia but also Artsakh, it was indirectly revealed that Armenia has a territorial dispute with Azerbaijan.
