“Armenia negotiates with its proposals, Azerbaijan with its own.” Today, during the parliamentary briefings, the deputy of the KP faction of the National Assembly, Arusyak Julhakyan, expressed a similar point of view, answering the question of whose proposals Armenia is negotiating with at the moment: Russian or American.
“When we present proposals to Azerbaijan, we also communicate them with our international partners and present the opening of these proposals and why we are proposing this. And this is done because we are dealing with a destructive party with whom we are trying to negotiate and come to a common denominator. And our expectation from the international partners is that they will try to bring our destructive neighbor to the path of constructiveness through political pressure,” said the deputy.
