NAP Deputy Executive Secretary, MP Mubariz Gurbanli said during an interview that Chairman of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, President Ilham Aliyev will once again win elections without facing any viable competition.
“As a result of successful internal and foreign policies led by President Ilham Aliyev, today Azerbaijan’s economy is rapidly developing, the country commands respect in the international arena, it is known as a reliable strategic partner and a tolerant state that ensures socio-political stability at a high level.
President Ilham Aliyev is internationally perceived as an authoritative leader. Azerbaijani society expresses great confidence in its head of state,” he said.
He added that NAP will continue its preparations for the 2013 presidential elections.
According to him, the implemented work and the rapid development achieved under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev is highly appreciated not only by Azerbaijani society, but by international experts and rating agencies as well.
“This suggests that President Ilham Aliyev will win the 2013 presidential elections with strong support from the population,” he concluded.
