1in.am News and Analyses was informed from the Syrian city Aleppo that during today’s clashes an Armenian was killed and one more was injured. Our source also informed that clashes stopped only a short while ago, that is why there are no details yet. According to our information the name of the killed is Vigen.
Should be noted though that there are no official statements about the name of the killed Armenian yet.
Yerkir.am reports that because of the clashes in Aleppo there were two Armenians who were killed and they participated in the clashes voluntarily registering as social volunteers.
Among the killed are Vigen Ghazar Qaliayjyan and another man whose identity is being checked. Another Armenian, named, Mkrtich is injured.
From Berio diocese it is confirmed that the shootings were not directed towards Armenians.
Recently massive military actions happen in Aleppo. The Government tries to clean the “economic capital” of the country from the rebels. Today the clashes reached Armenian-inhabited districts.
