Artsakh Republic is already 21 years old. Doctor of political studies Levon Shirinyan said in the interview with journalists that the most important is the state’s maturity and Artskah is institutionally mature: “Since 90s Artsakh serves as the best example of democratic development in the region.”
The expert said that it is not so important that Artsakh is recognized by international community but more important is the establishment of the army and statehood. What about the further activities, the expert said that the perspective should be the unity with Armenia: ”The most important is the right of self-determination.”
He also said we must organize a summit on the subject “Not a single inch of land to enemy”, “Part of Artsakh Land is occupied by the enemy”. “We must realize that we are not the nation to be tortured everywhere.”- said Levon Shirinyan.
