French President Emmanuel Macron delivered a speech at the second international summit of the Yerevan Dialogue, declaring, “This moment that we are living in is Armenia’s moment. This moment opens a path, the first one is the path of peace.”
He also emphasized: “The South Caucasus should not be a place of competition between empires that view the region as a prize, pitting local nations against each other. The South Caucasus can regain its central position between Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.”
