During a press conference with his counterpart in Estonia, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan referred to Armenia-Turkey and Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, also speaking about regional processes.
“I presented to my colleague the latest events in the South Caucasus, including the relations of Armenia with its neighbors. Armenia is ready to restore diplomatic relations, open borders, and regulate relations with Turkey. We already have concrete agreements to open the RA-Turkey border for citizens of third countries and citizens with diplomatic passports of RA and Turkey. I think it’s time to implement those agreements,” Mirzoyan said.
