On July 1-3, rain and thunder are expected in most of the republic’s regions, and hail is expected in some parts. On July 1-2, heavy rains are expected in some parts. Weather without precipitation is expected on July 4-5.
The wind is from the northeast at 2-5 m/s, and during thunderstorms, wind intensification is expected at a speed of 19-24 m/s. In the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, in Armavir, wind intensification with a speed of 18-23 m/s is expected in the evening hours. The air temperature will gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees during the daytime on July 1-2; it will rise by 4-6 degrees on July 3-5 and by 10-12 degrees in Lori, Tavush, and Syunik.
In Yerevan, on July 1-3, short rain and thunder are expected, and on July 1-2, there will be heavy rain. Wind intensification is also scheduled during thunderstorms: 18-23 m/s, in the evening – 17-20 m/s. Weather without precipitation is expected on July 4-5.
