Deputies of 19 branches of RLP from different countries arrived in Yerevan to participate in the congress. In the end, the party will issue an official statement.
Members of the National Assembly attended the event as representatives of extra-parliamentary forces, ambassadors, political scientists, and others.
The assembly started with the anthems of Armenia and the Republic of Armenia, after which the attendees observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims.
