Taking into account the interest of the public the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that on December 19, at 16.25 pm, the General Prosecutor’s Office received the application signed by the NA MPs Vardan Oskanian and Levon Zurabyan, which reads as follows: “We offer to initiate a criminal case to identify and punish those responsible for illegal eavesdropping of our conversation and posting it on the social network.” Their statements made previously in connection with this are presented attached.
We inform from the press service of the RA Prosecutor General’s office that the same day, according to the RA Prosecutor General’s instructions, the deputies’ application was sent to the RA Special Investigative Service, in order to initiate a criminal procedure and make a decision.
