Reporter of “First News and Analyses” Eghiazar Ayntaptsi writes that Serzh Sargsyan’s visit to Lebanon has not yet started, but is already quite interesting.
As we know, President Serzh Sargsyan will leave on November 26 for three-day visit to Lebanon, which is in the heated region of the Middle East, where to the conflict of Syria is also added the problem in the part of Gaza.
The reporter notes that the President will have a quite representative meeting, but one of the events dedicated to him is out of the agenda.
“President’s speech in Lebanon’s Parliament will not take place. It was canceled. It remains only to guess why, but this is interesting, when considering the fact that it was a chance for the President to make some interesting announcements. It is possible that it has been canceled just because the President’s speech was not profitable for someone.”
In order to understand why, Ayntaptsi offers to consider the way he passed before leaving to Lebanon: the meeting with France’s President Francois Hollande about ten days ago, his ten days vacation, and return through Moscow. Note that Hollande announced that they send messages to Iran by Serzh Sargsyan and hoped that they will reach the place.
“Naturally, messages directed to Iran could not pass round the entire region, and it’s likely that these very messages were to be announced in Lebanon. So, Moscow probably did not like what Serzh Sargsyan was to announce as a message to Iran from France or the West, and the Russians probably “urges” him to refrain from the announcement. Serzh Sargsyan will probably have no choice than simply telling silently the message to Iran.”
The reporter concludes with the observation that in general, it is noteworthy that the official Yerevan is appearing in the Middle East on the presidential level, moreover at the current hot moment.
