ARF member Lilit Galstyan wrote in her Facebook-page, “Nowadays the high-ranking leaders of the country are speaking about the decisive actions to fight against corruption, expecting tangible and visible results. During the past few years we have witnessed this kind of sincere and honest riots and believed … and waited…and waited… and waited for the results.
And in anticipation the rich people of the country became richer, the poor people became poorer.”
Then she reffered to the data published by parliamentmonitoring about the candidates’ (and now incumbent deputies) property and income declarations.
“Revenues of some of the NA deputies reached several hundred million dollars.
No, I have no right to accuse anyone of theft, but one thing I’m definitely sure is that they stole from me and our people the right of possibility.
And Article 65 of the RA Constitution says for many years. “A deputy cannot be engaged in business activities.”
And again, we must believe with honest sincerity and wait for the results ….”
