Euronews reports that 21 people have been killed as a result of bombing the camp of Palestinian refugees in the Yarmuk region of Damascus. The video posted on the internet by the opposition shows the situation after bombing- people running through smoke, burning bodies on the ground. The bombing started when people were doing shopping in the market for Friday supper.
The State News agency blames the rebels for the attack, but the latter has not made any commentary yet.
The journalists talked to the Armenian refugees arrived from Aleppo.
“We have an awful destiny. By the will of God, in one or two weeks it will be better. We still hope”, said one of them.
“It seems to everybody that we are pressed there, but we have been living normally these years. Don’t believe what they say. On the contrary, the government protects us from the attacks. “- said the other.
There are about 80 thousand Armenians in Syria, and the considerable part of them lives in Aleppo.
