Today the deputy minister of finances in Armenia Pavel Safaryan informed that 57bln. 500 million drams are to be allocated to the societal order, security, rescue service and detention preservation systems in 2013. To Jahangiryan’s question whether the inflation and deflation were taken into account while calculating the allocations to these fields the deputy minister said the budget was calculated according to the law on budget sphere and that no increase of salary is expected for the next year.
Not getting a satisfying answer Jahangiryan repeated the question adding this “referred to everyone”, to which Safaryan replied: “It is not correct to ask a question to everybody”. Vahan Hovhannisyan interrupted the discussion reformulating Jahangiryan’s question and when being answered that no increase in salaries was to be expected next year, added: “We can record that there will be a level decrease”.
