
On August 2 at 02-56 am o’clock an information was given that, at 07.37 o’clock local time on the Armenia-Turkey border; 5 km west from city Artashat an earthquake occurred which had a magnitude of 2.3, and the intensity in the hypscenter measured 3 points.
The Emergency service informs “1in.am News and Analysis” that the hypocenter of the earthquake is located in 5 km-s beneath the earth.
According to preliminary results, the earthquake in Artashat had a magnitude of 2-3.
