The representative of the European Parliament observation mission Indrek Tarand thinks that the parliamentary elections in Georgia were conducted transparently and openly.
“We were in different polls, including Rustavi and Marneuli. I had an impression that there was more openness and transparency. We also noted the loyalty both from the officials and voters. They tried to act according to the law and to do everything to get a fair result, “- said Tarand.
